About Our Package

• What tours you have available?
  We mainly offer the individual tour service with the individual guide and transfer. So you will be regarded as one group and you can do your tour freely.
  

• I'm an independent traveler. Are packages for me?
  Yes. Our packages are for everyone, whether you're an independent traveler looking for good value, or searching for an all-inclusive vacation experience. Our packages are flexible, so you're able to customize them around your needs.

• Can I join a group once in China, or must such arrangements be made beforehand?
  Reservation should be done in advance so that we could arrange the hotels, transfers, meals and book tickets for you.

• How do I book a package?
  Book your vacation package on line or by telephone. Please visit our travel packages and fill the form step by step carefully. We will give you a reply within 24 hours. To contact us regarding the packages, call 0773-3883465 or send mails to service@yoyochina.net.

• Should I make a reservation with you or with an airlines first?
  You could make a reservation of itinerary with us first.
  

  About Payment

• Should I pay the reservation deposit in advance?
  Pay the reservation deposit USD 50 net per person in advance by check or cable transfer. The reservation deposit is not refundable if you cancel the tours.

• By what means do I pay you for the deposit?
  By check or cable transfer.

• What is cable transfer or wire transfer? How can I do it?
  All the banks in the countries deal with this kind of business. We will send our bank information to you. You only need to ask for an application form of the wire transfer and fill in it accurately according to the requirement. If you have any questions, you can ask a favor from the bank clerk.

• What type of checks (personal, cashier, certified) do you accept?
  We accept all bank checks, personal and cashier check.

• How to pay the whole package?
  The half of the payment should be paid 35 days prior to the tours by cable transfer. The final remainder payment will be paid upon your arrival in China by the following ways:
  A) Cash US dollars. The rate USD1.00 equates to CNY8.30 which is the official tourist rate assigned by China National Tourist Administration.
  B) Credit cards payment. No card charge applied. Please inform us your card number and the expire date in advance in order to get the authority code from Bank of China.

• What evidence of payment do I get from you after payment is made?
  We will mail the receipt of total payment to as soon as we receive your payment.
  

  Quotation

• What does the quotation include?
  The quotation includes:
  • The economy-class air charges of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge between cities in the itinerary.
  • The hotel accommodation is based on two persons sharing one twin room with private facilities in all relevant cities.
  • Daily American breakfast at the hotel, Chinese lunch and dinner with one cup of soft drink are offered outside the hotel or as specified in the itinerary.
  • Private transfers between airports or train stations and hotel and the all sightseeing spots.
  • All normal sightseeing tours in each city with English-speaking guide and admission fees where applicable. Our individual guide will not fly with you from one city to another. So at each airport of every city, our individual guide and driver will pick you up from the very beginning and see you off after you finish the itinerary of each city.
  • The government tax.
  • Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance with the tour inside China.

• What does the quotation exclude?
  
  The quotation exclusions are:
  
  • The international air charge of arrival and departure.
  • Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or overweight baggage charges.
  • The airport construction fee CNY50.00 (USD6.00) for every stop and the departure tax CNY90.00 (USD11.00). Any departure flight to Hongkong or Macao is imposed to buy the departure tax (USD11.00).

• What is your price for Children?
  Normally, according to the policies of China Tourism Bureau, a child under 12 years of age traveling with parents in China can enjoy discount up to 50 percent of the adult fare on the land service charge, domestic airfare and cruise cabin charge. An infant under 2 years of age is charged only 10 percent of the adult fare on domestic airfare and cruise cabin charge.

• What is single supplement?
  The hotel, guide and transfer are all based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone, he must pay for the other person. This additional charge is called single supplement. If the traveler number is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...), the odd number person who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. Since the hotel is on the double occupancy. Single supplement is not included in the quotation.

• Do you offer any group discounts if we have more than 10?
  According to the regulation of China National Tourist Administration, tour group is devided into four categories according to group size below and the rate is calculated accordingly:
  1. One person
  2. 2-5 persons as a group.
  3. 6-9 persons as a group.
  4. Over 10 persons as a group.
  Our tour price is calculated according to four different levels above. The rates on our website are based on double occupancy for 2-5 pax as a group only . The price for 6-9 pax and more than 10 pax group is much lower.
